In consideration of you accessing the music referred and linked to herein, you agree not to reproduce, transmit, distribute or otherwise make the music available to any third party. You are responsible for any unauthorized use, reproduction, transmission or distribution of the Music and it is your responsibility that any music downloaded to computer, transferred to portable player or burned to CD is for your use only, is kept securely and not transferred to anyone else.

DJ’s Latinos Record Pool reserves the right to refuse a subscription to anyone, for any reason, and cancel any subscription without refund for violation of any of the above statements.
DJ’s Latinos Record Pool will be held harmless for any activity of subscriber not specifically stated in this Agreement.
Subscribers violating any portion of these conditions will be subject to immediate cancellation of subscription with no refund, and the Licensee will be held responsible for any legal actions resulting from this misuse including but not limited to criminal prosecution.
Submission of Online Membership Application shall create a agreement subject to acceptance by DJ’s Latinos Record Pool.
